HelloBible is a digital service intended to make it easier to read, understand and explore the Bible, to pray and to reflect spiritually. Some features use artificial intelligence models.
By creating an account or using HelloBible, you accept these Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy separately describes how your personal data is processed.
Where processing requires your consent, that consent is requested separately and does not result from acceptance of these Terms alone.
Some features require an account to be created. You undertake to provide the necessary information in good faith and to protect your authentication credentials.
You are responsible for the use of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Use of the service by a minor is subject to the rules applicable in their country of residence and, where relevant, to the agreement or supervision of a holder of parental authority.

Essential principle. HelloBible is a biblical companion tool. Artificial intelligence does not speak on behalf of God, receives no divine revelation and is not an infallible spiritual authority.
Answers may be generated automatically by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, omissions, clumsy wording or debatable biblical interpretations. We encourage you to check biblical references, to exercise discernment and, where the subject is important, to talk with people you trust, in particular a pastor, a priest, a church leader or another qualified counsellor.
HelloBible may change its artificial intelligence models or providers in order to improve the quality, availability, security or cost of the service. In order to offer more relevant answers, HelloBible may also use a personalised profile built from the information you choose to share and from certain useful elements of your conversations. This profile is used solely to personalise the service; how it works and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
HelloBible is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency service. The answers generated do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional.
For any question requiring professional expertise, you must consult a competent professional. In the event of immediate danger to yourself or another person, use the emergency services or the appropriate support services in your country.
You may use HelloBible for personal use consistent with its purpose. In particular, you undertake not to:

You authorise HELLOBOX and its technical providers to host, transmit, analyse and process this content to the extent necessary to provide the features requested, ensure security, personalise the service where you have consented to this, and comply with legal obligations.

The trademarks, names, interfaces, software, graphic elements, original texts and other creations belonging to HelloBible are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights.
Biblical texts, translations, audio recordings and other content belonging to third parties may be used under licence and remain subject to the rights of their respective holders.
Unless authorised in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit or create a competing service from HelloBible’s protected elements.
Some features are free and others may require a paid subscription.
Before subscribing, the price, the duration, whether a trial period exists, the renewal conditions and the main characteristics of the offer are shown to the user.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. HELLOBOX does not receive your full bank details.
Where a subscription renews automatically, you can manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, in accordance with the conditions of the platform used.
Mandatory consumer rules, in particular regarding refunds or the right of withdrawal where these apply, are reserved.
HelloBible aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, updates, incidents or the unavailability of a technical provider.
HELLOBOX may develop, add, modify or withdraw features. Where such a change substantially affects users’ rights, appropriate information is provided.
HELLOBOX may limit, suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, manifest abuse, a security risk or where the law requires it.
Where reasonably possible, the user is informed of the measure and may contact support.
You may delete your account using the features made available. The consequences for personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
HelloBible depends on services provided by third parties, in particular for hosting, artificial intelligence, payments, notifications and certain audience measurement.
Any links to independent external websites or services are provided to make certain resources easier to access. HELLOBOX is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services that are not operated on its behalf.
HELLOBOX makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and security of the service. However, HelloBible does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of every answer generated by artificial intelligence.
To the extent permitted by law, HELLOBOX cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an answer generated by AI, for use of the service contrary to its purpose, or for an event reasonably beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the mandatory rights granted to them by law, and no liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded.
The processing of your personal data is governed by HelloBible’s Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, it is obtained separately and may be withdrawn in accordance with the terms described in that policy.
HELLOBOX may update these Terms in order to take account of changes to the service, to the regulations or to its partners.
The applicable version is the one made available in the application or on the website. In the event of a significant change, HelloBible may inform users through the application, by e-mail or by any other appropriate means.
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections they enjoy in their country of residence.
